In every 12 Plus partner school, the PLUS Center stands as more than just a room—it’s a hub of possibility. Led by a passionate team of advisors and Fellows, PLUS centers symbolize the power of postsecondary achievement and serve as the beating
heart of student success.

These centers aren’t just about providing information within our partner schools;

they celebrate student achievements and offer hands-on guidance through the complexities of college and career planning.

What Is A Plus Center?

Repurposed from classrooms or extra resource spaces, each PLUS Center is thoughtfully designed to be colorful, comfortable, and inviting—a safe haven where students can dream, explore, and collaborate. It’s where our team of advisors work with students throughout the year, helping with college applications, career exploration, and everything in-between.

12+ students receive on average 13 hours of personalized support throughout the academic year. The national average is less than 1 hour.

At 12 Plus, we go beyond providing resources by building pathways to success. Through tailored programs, we equip students with the tools and support to overcome barriers and achieve their goals beyond high school.

Raise

9th & 10th Grade

RAISE Transition and Job Readiness Support helps students connect with their school community and develop essential skills for success in high school and beyond, building confidence to navigate academic and professional futures.

Plus Leaders

10th - 12th Grade

Students aren’t just learners—they’re leaders. The PLUS Leaders program fosters leadership by empowering students to inspire their peers, build school pride, and create a positive, college-focused culture. PLUS Leaders are role models, driving their community toward academic achievement and postsecondary success.

Our commitment doesn’t end at graduation. Through Ascend, we continue to support our alumni as they transition into college life.
